Thank you to Bierly's and Parrish's for all the babysitting over the last month. This project wouldn't be possible at all without them. As you can see the house is not kid friendly yet! Both sets of parents, along with a lot of other family and friends have been so supportive as we have searched for a house. Thank you to everyone for all the listening, looking, and help along the way. Especially my sister Sarah. I must have called her at least twice a week with, "there's a house I found, will you look at it?" She always did and gave me advice too. Now she is my decorating adviser. I think I will always need my big sister's help. So still working on drywall, painting trim, scraping floors, and cleaning. Kent is going to do some adjusting on the steps of the stairway and then we're ready to lay hardwood floors:) Yesterday bought appliances, and tomorrow measuring for carpet. Slow but steady!
